The Mignonette Tatting bags that I have made are "organic". I don't think I could follow a pattern if I had to. They seem to grow on their own and I change the stitch count to make them form the shape that suits me at the time.I had been asked so often for a pattern, but after I finish one - I have no desire to count the stitches. I guess I could have counted and made notes as I went - duh! But Lori Dunlap came to my rescue and "dissected" one of my finished bags. She counted each round of my ecru bag so that I could type a pattern that could be shared.
